High school graduate or GED equivalent. Ability to lift material up to 100 pounds. Must be a licensed driver. 20 hours per week. Starting wage $8.99 per hour. Winona County received a $389,390 grant from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development through the Small Cities Development Program to complete commercial and housing rehabilitation projects in the Cities of Goodview, Rollingstone, St. Charles and Stockton.

Homeowners' gross household income must be at or below the income limits listed below. Commercial properties must be located within the designated target areas.
